Harvest Update - August 2, 2010 Monday

Welcome to Centennial Cranberry Farm's harvest update for 2010. So far the weather for this year has been exceptional! Sunny days, warm temps and lots of rain. The cranberries are looking good. Even so, it’s not possible to predict when harvest will be. We won’t know until the 1st of October or even later. I will keep this page updated but even then It would be a good idea if you call or email us first before making a long trip just to be sure we have fresh cranberries for you.

As is customary, we have begun taking orders for fresh cranberries beginning on the first of August and will continue to take orders throughout October. Our giftshop will be open every day from 12 to 5 through October 31st. Keep in mind that we do mail order for any item in our store year round. We mail order fresh cranberries during the month of October only. For those of you who cannot be here to purchase cranberry goodies, we will continue to mail these items to you or send a gift to a loved one. We will even include a gift card from our farm with a message of your choice.

These cranberries are sure to please - large, deep red and in good condition.

We ship in October only

Will ship any quantity.

Cranberries are good keepers but for long term storage they may be frozen

(We do not sell frozen cranberries during the off season or at any time of the year)

You may reserve fresh cranberries beginning August 1st, 2010. We will send your order in October and will not charge your credit card until the day we ship.

 

 

Please Note!

Our shipping rates will change during the month of October only. Fresh cranberries are expensive for us to ship. Therefore, we will be raising our shipping rates - but only for fresh cranberries, depending on how much you purchase. Our shipping rates will return to normal on November 1st.

Shipping Rates for:

One 5# bag - $11.95

Two 5# bags - $14.95

Three 5# bags - $17.95

Four 5# bags - $20.95

If you order more than 4 bags you will be charged accordingly. For instance, 5 bags would be the cost of 4 bags plus 1 bag. Also, if you order cranberry product from our store along with the fresh cranberries you will not be charged more for shipping. For example, if you order 3 bags of fresh cranberries plus additional cranberry product you will be charged $17.95 to ship the entire order.

For those of you who are ordering only cranberry product without fresh cranberries, you will be charged the normal shipping rate of $11.95, as usual.

We realize all this sounds confusing and we apologize for this. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email us and we will be happy to help you figure this out.
